This machine has 60 feeders with 4 heads Juki Nozzle placement,
more material supported with high speed mounting, working with
Yamaha pneumatic feeders 8mm 12mm 16mm 24mm, and also Yamaha
vibration feeder accept by customer in market, very table and
convenient! This machine for small smt production is your good
helper!
The operation system is industry level embedded Linux system, the
main board of machine was researched by ourself, which is more
relaible than windows system, and life time is much longer.
CHMT560P4 using 502---508 different kinds of Juki nozzles, suitable
for 0402,0603,0805-5050, SOP,QFN,LQFP,Diode,Transistor,BGA...etc,
which can meet more customers' demand.

7. PCB by calibrate two components position ---- first and last
componet, amend the offset of PCB.
8. Calibration can be rapidly and accurately for PCB, do not need
to care about offset, no need to calculate the input.
9. Comes iwth vacuum testing, with automatic feeding; if one
component suck crooked, it will automatically throw it to the feed
zone, then pick a new one to mount again.
10. If lack material it will automatic detection, machine will
alarm and stop; after supply material, then continue working, no
need to re-start.
