The seawater desalination equipment applies the principle of
reverse osmosis technology.
Composition:raw water pump,cartridge filter,RO Unit ,Electrical
control system and Pipeline system,RO is the core of the system.
Raw water pump :
Provide necessary flow and pressure for equipment afterwards.
Cartridge filter:
TO avoid the impurity into RO membrane,It can filter the impurities
of 5 microns in the water,Therefore, it plays a role in protecting
the RO membrane.
RO Unit
The reverse osmosis system includes high -pressure pumps, reverse
osmosis membrane,RO membrane shell,Washing water tank(1T is not
included).The water in the cartridge filter is further treated into
freshwater.
The basic process of reverse osmosis portable/ship using seawater
desalination water treatment machine is:
Sea water is extracted from the raw pump into the cartridge
filter.cartridge filter filtering out the impurities of 5 microns
in the water.The filtered water enters the high -pressure pump.
Under the action of high -pressure pumps, it flows through the high
desalination membrane.Seawater forms fresh water under the
filtering of the membrane.
