Working Principle
The working principle of the design of Glue labeling equipment is as the following: The fan shape rotating bar which sticks the label gets a little glue from the rubble wheel and rotates to the label transmission to get a piece of label adhered. And it continually rotates to the place of the sucking paper wheel with the vacuum, and the label is taken off by the doffing label claw. At the same time the label is transferred to the conveying paper belt with the vacuum. The label is conveyed into the sticking label area on the conveying paper belt with the sucking capability of the vacuum and is adhered on the bottle which is conveyed by the chains. It accomplishes the producing process by the circled actions.

Characteristics

The scope of application
This Glue labeling equipment is used in a cylindrical container
continuous label paper paste,such as circular glass bottle,plastic
bottle,polyester bottles,can automatically Supply label,supply
glue,and paste label on bottle.Under the automatic detection ,no
bottle,no labeling.It can do high-speed automatic round labeling
for round bottles in wine, drink, medical, cosmetics and other
light industry.
Operational precautions
1. The choice of glue - usually use panda brand white glue
(polyvinyl acetate emulsion) when adding glue must pay attention to
not too much, as long as the rubber layer to keep the rubber layer
can be. Because the glue is too much, but the label is attached,
due to the squeeze of the bottle and the sponge will be too much
glue left in the transmission belt and sponge pad, and prevent

Common problem for Glue labeling equipment
Feed is not smooth
1. paper limit adjustment too tight, readrjust the limit block.
2. starting from the claw adhesion, cleaning paper claws.
3. too many pieces of paper, adjust the separation wheel and paper
separation platform gap.
No response equipment
1. confirm the power cord no problem.
2. confirm the safety socket next to the fuse is intact, if it has
been burned, please replace.
3. the internal wiring may be loose box, please repair
professionals.
4. the relay is damaged, replace the 24V relay.
Sticky stickers affixed
1. limited paper is not adjusted, readjustment, to ensure the
accuracy of the paper.
2.the product did not put positive, replay the product.
3. the support rod and the bottle axis is not parallel, turn the
bottle in the process of deviation. Adjust the degree of
parallelism, to ensure that the bottle rotation does not offset.
