Call: For calling a new customer
RECALL: For recalling the customer that has not responded to the first call
SET: For set the address and Wireless channel and related setting
TRANSFER: For Transfer the Queue Number to another counter or another service
LOGIN/EXIT: For Staff Log in or Log out
BACK: For check the called number which stored in the call keypad when there are no number to be serve
