common alloy type is 8011, status is O(which means soft), the
aluminiun content of this type can be within 97.32%~98.12%.
Aluminium foil's unique advantage against plastic or paper items is
obvious:
1. It is one of the best barrier films available, and it's
impervious to light, moisture, gases, bacteria and odors, which can
extend freshness and keep food stay in its original flavour;
2. It shows excellent performance in heat stability. It can endure
a wide temperature range from -20℃ to 250℃ without any deformations
or melts and the molecular structure doesn't change at all. So you
can use it from frozen condition to the extremely high temperature
baking or roasting without any time intervals;
3. With the foil wrapping around, food can be prevented from being
burnt and producing carcinogenic material. Charcoal fire and
lampblack can also be isolated outside.
