Product Description
GYQ-200, GYQ-200A, and GYQ-200B are all suitable for industrial and
civil construction, as well as engineering geological surveys of
highways, railways, bridge foundations, dam sites, water
conservancy, water wells, prospecting and other engineering
geological surveys, shallow oil and gas mining, Ventilation and
drainage of mine tunnels, and construction of large-diameter pile
holes. Depending on the formation, drills such as diamond, cemented
carbide, and auger can be used for drilling. This model has the
advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size, and good
detachability. These two rigs are one of the rare ideal equipment
to meet the needs of the new market.
Main Feature
1. A more reasonable speed range is selected. There are eight speed
levels, centralized speed change, self-locking with each other,
large low-speed torque, and a wide range of use. Suitable for both
engineering geological survey and diamond core drilling.
2. The drilling rig has two speeds of reversing speed, which is
convenient for handling faults safely.
3. The rotary chuck adopts two types of manual ball chuck and
automatic centering hydraulic chuck for users to choose.
GYQ-200 is a manual ball card type, which is reliable in clamping,
does not hurt the active drill pipe, and can be implemented without
stopping the bar. GYQ-200A and GYQ-200B are hydraulic chuck type,
which can clamp six-way active drill pipe or round drill pipe.
4. Equipped with enough instruments, which is helpful for grasping
the situation in the hole, with fewer operating handles, more
reasonable layout, flexible and reliable operation.
5. The two-plate normally closed friction clutch is adopted, which
is flexible to open and close, and easy to adjust and use.
6. GYQ-200B drilling rig has a large vertical through hole,
reaching Φ93mm, and can use 89 triple drill pipe for rotary
spraying
operation.
7. Equipped with front and rear moving oil cylinders, the gyrator
moves 465 mm backwards, which brings a lot of convenience to
lifting and lowering the drilling tool.
8. The rig is light in weight, compact in structure and easy to
disassemble and can be applied to drilling work in hills or
mountains.
