Sdong Sports Synthetic Rubber Jogging Track Athletic Track Flooring Material.

The prefabricated rubber track roll is divided into two layers: the upper layer is a wear-resistant layer with 3-5mm deep concave convex grain, which provides the friction and elasticity required by the track; the lower layer is a square frame structure with 6-10mm deep inclined angle, which provides the impact absorption and main elasticity required by the track.The feature of this structure is that it can gather the scattered reflection force relatively, and act on the athletes from the angle that accords with the forward direction of the athletes to improve their performance.

Structure: 2mm thickness special thick liquid(Self-knot Pattern) top layer plus 11mm thickness PU glue mix SBR rubber particle on the Bottom.

Running Track Athletic Track

The base layer consists of Black Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR) granules, bound together with a specially formulated, 100% solids MDI based single component polyurethane,at a thickness of 10mm(3/8inch).

The top layer consists of a specially formulated, colored polyurethane into Ethylene Propylene Dience Monomer(EPDM) which granules have been embedded before curing for a thickness of 3mm(1/8inch).
