Coal carbonization furnace is the newest type charcoal making furnace in China. And it is specially designed for fine biomass powder, such as wood sawdust powder, fruit shell powder, etc. It is used to carbonize fine biomass powder into charcoal powder in a short time for only 35-45 minutes. Its fuel can be Gas, Coal, etc. And its smoke can be recycled. Rotary continuous coal carbonization furnace consists of six main parts:
1> Inputting conveyor. This conveyor is screw conveyor, it is used to convey fine biomass powder into rotary drum.
2> Rotary drum. This is the main part of rotary charcoal making machine. Fine biomass powder will be carbonized in this drum.
3> Ignation cable switch and pipes. They are used to convey burning energy for rotary drum and then provide high temperature for charcoal making machine.
4> PLC. it is used to operate the whole set coal carbonization furnace automatically.
5> Motors.
6> Outputting conveyor.

Product Application
Continuous carbonization furnace is the charcoal making equipment that makes the rice husk, sawdust, bamboo, peanut shells, plant straw and other carbonaceous biomass material (the size of granular is below 15mm ) carbonized in the furnace under high temperature conditions by dry distillation, anaerobic carbonization, to get high rate carbonized material.
The continuous carbonization furnace is used for all carbonaceous material, such as sawdust, rice husks, peanut shells, plant straw, bamboo, coconut, palm shells, wood bark and so on.
The whole set of equipment consists of Gasification system (Gasifier, spray tower, dust collector), purification system (spray tower, oil and water separator, filter), carbonization system (carbonization furnace, screw feeder, screw cutting machine, cooling machine, conveyor), control system (control cabinet).
