Polyimide heater (polyimide film heater) is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and wattages, it is a clear amber colored polyimide film.
The process for making flexible heating film is similar to that of
Etched Foil Silicone heaters.
It is a high-temperature flexible heating element with excellent
dielectric properties capable of operating environments between
-185 degree celsius to 180 degree Celsius.
Application of polyimide Foil Flexible Heaters:

The heating and anti-freezing of satellites, aero equipment and
mobile devices uses PI heaters due to its light weight, toughness
and heat uniformity.
The working voltage of the product can be 1-100V and the circuit
can be customized according to the heating requirement, which is
very flexible.
Oil, chemical corrosion and radiation tolerance makes it suitable
in severe environment.
