Introduction
The type of packing machine is constituted of automatic weighing machine parts, entrainment of part of the automatic unloading bags of parts, control unit and other parts.
The powder filling machine is mostly used for the bulk products like the powdery or fine granular materials volumetric metering and dosing. By linking to the screw feeder to set up the system for premade pouch 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50-100gkg etc.
Working Principle
This series of quantitative packaging weighing unit is specially designed for the quantitative packaging of all kinds of granular materials and small particles with good fluidity & small dust, feeding by pneumatic arc door or vibration. Pneumatic curved door or vibrating feeder is controlled by the sensor feedback signal, and the material is graded into the weighing bucket or the packaging bag. When the material in the weighing bucket or packaging bag is filled to the set weight, the feeding mechanism stops feeding. When the set value is reached, the bag clamper automatically opens, and the bag is sent away by the conveyor belt (bag sealed).
