The non-magnetic drill collar is made of low carbon high chromium manganese alloy steel. It is refined by strict chemical composition, and its mechanical properties are obtained through forging. When the magnetic field strength is 1×105/4marea/m, the relative permeability bias of non-magnetic drill collars is r≤1.010. The magnetic induction intensity gradient of non-magnetic drill collar at any interval of 100mm along the inner hole≤0.05
