Motorcycle Industry

1. Welding of car frames is used as positioning bolts and fixtures for welding molds.

2. Steering column: welding of front and rear forks and guard frames is used as positioning bolts and fixtures for welding jigs.

3. The production of engine cylinder heads and cylinder blocks is used as fixtures for drilling machines.
Main application models: 25383,25382,12265-A,12132-A etc.

4. Carburetors, mufflers and wire harnesses are all used in the same way as in the "automobile industry."

Electronics Industry

1. In manufacturing batteries (mainly cell phone batteries or stacked cell battery blocks like cell phone batteries, such as laptop batteries; other batteries will also be used, but in small quantities), manual toggle clamps are used in:
(1) the semi-finished electric cores produced are assembled into battery blocks and used in the "assembly fixture" on the assembly line,

2. In the manufacture of mobile phones (or similar products), manual toggle clamps are used in the:

(2) mobile phone comprehensive performance test. When the mobile phone is assembled without batteries, the comprehensive performance of the mobile phone is tested, with the fixture used in the "test jig." Main application models: 101-A,101-B.

Refrigeration Equipment Industry

Refrigeration equipment mainly means medium and large cold stores, refrigerators/ cold closets, refrigeration trucks and other products. These products' manual toggle clamps are mainly used in the following aspects:
(1) Production of refrigeration equipment intermediate layer - PU foam insulation material serves as fixtures on the "foaming mold."

(3-2) For medium and large scale non-standard production, F-type clamps or crushing clamps are used, while C-type clamps are less used.
