I. Machine Instruction
Workpiece Loading & Unloading Method: Manual
Locating Method of The Workpiece: Self-centering chuck in the left
clamp the workpiece to locate the center of rotation by manual. Two
supporting racks locate the center of the workpiece and rotate
together with the workpiece coaxially. Pneumatic tailstock is
equipped in the right end, the centre of the tailstock sustain the
workpiece gyration.
Methods For Welding: Single torch gas shielded arc welding,
automatic single-layer welding or multi-layer welding can be
achieved once. Single-layer & single-pass welding, multi-layer
& single-pass welding, multi-layer & multi-pass welding can
be achieved full automatically.
The one end of the workpiece must be clamped and another end has an
inner bore. The outer diameter can be supported by the contact
rollers to locate the centre of the workpiece. (can weld workpiece
while only the chuck clamp it directly or the chuck clamp it and
the tailstock press it or the chuck clamp it and the contact
rollers support it)
