DESCRIPTION

Flexible graphite filler is a pure graphite product made of natural scaly high-carbon graphite, processed and refined after special chemical and physical treatment. In addition to completely maintaining the excellent characteristics of natural scaly graphite, it mainly has excellent characteristics such as flexibility, resilience, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, radiation resistance, and thermal conductivity. The material is woven from low-sulfur expanded graphite thread, reinforced with cotton yarn. It has a very low friction coefficient, does not wear the pump shaft and valve stem, and has good thermal conductivity, chemical resistance and high resilience.

APPLICATION

Flexible graphite packing is made of flexible graphite composite coiled material. Mainly used for static and dynamic sealing at the joints of valves, pumps and pipelines. The product has the characteristics of wide applicability, high temperature resistance, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, long life, self-lubrication, bottom friction coefficient, etc. It is especially suitable for use under harsh media conditions.
