Forged stainless steel weldolet sockolet threadolet high pressure pipe fittings
Weldolet is the most common branch connector. Its end is made into
a groove, which is connected with a straight pipe butt welding, so
it is regarded as a butt welded pipe fitting. The design of the
butt-weld branch tube table minimizes stress concentration and
provides overall reinforcement. There are three pressure grades for
STD, XS and Sch160 for the butt-welding pipe stand.
The base of Sockolet is the same as the butt-welding branch, but
its branch connection uses socket welding. The socket support pipe
station has two pressure levels: 3000 # and 6000 #.
The base of the Thredolet is the same as the butt-welding branch,
but its branch connection is screwed and does not require welding.
The threaded pipe support has two pressure levels: 3000 # and 6000
#.
Latrolet is used for 45 ° branching. The connection with the branch
pipe can adopt butt welding, socket welding and screw connection.
Elbolet is used to provide branch connections on long radius elbows
or short radius elbows. The connection with the branch pipe can
adopt butt welding, socket welding and screw connection.
Nipolet is often used for valve installation and exhaust. There are
two grades of thickness XS and XXS, the length is from 3.1 / 2
inches to 6.1 / 2 inches, the end is a socket or external thread.
Sweepolet is contoured and reinforced overall. It is connected to
the branch pipe by butt welding, and is often used in low-pressure
pipelines.
