Main Features:

1. This new design rotary type automatic coffee capsule filling and sealing packing machine is compatible for Nespresso, K-cup, LavazzaBlue, A Modo Mio, Lavazza Point, etc.

2. The turning table will convey the capsule modules move from station to the other stations.

3. The main working steps are from empty capsule feeding to photoelectric sensor detect, powder filling, powder tamping, pre-cut lids placing or rolled film forming and sealing, second time heat sealing, output, etc...

4. The main machine is also applied with vertical type cup feeding method. However, we can make automatic type cup feeding at your choice.

5. There's powder level sensor to locate the material level and pump the powder automatically.

6. The filling method is applied with servo motor auger dosing system with much better filling accuracy ±0.15g.

7. There's mixing system driven by a stepper motor to flat the coffee powder.

8. After filling, the tamping station will clean the capsule cup rim and suck the overflow powder for a better sealing effect.

9. The pre-cut lids and the rolled film is a little different design. You are supposed to clarify the cover type with us.

10. We can add some extra functions at your choice, such as UV lamp sterilization, anti-static, Nitrogen flush, vacuum feeding, elevator and centrifugal unscrambler, flavor adding, weight checking system, output conveyor, etc..
