Design

· Inside the box is designed with all the basic connection components, including: Splice tray, panel adapter + adapter, splitter module slot, optical fiber cable guide, heat shrink tube and components to store input/output optical cables (rouding roller, hook/loose tube holder, optical fiber cable, pigtail...).

· Has a structure that firmly holds the reinforcing wire; guide rings, optical fiber tube ties, separate cable in/out paths and a cable collar fixing mechanism to ensure safety

· Has a sturdy structure to hold the drop cable fixed in the box, pigtail to the Splice tray, pigtail to the adapter panel.

· Design with slot for fixed 02 Splitter module PLC 1:8 or 01 Splitter module PLC 1:16.

· Guide ring for Splitter’s pigtail Separate make sure install and remove splitter not effect to other component

· All Splitter’s pigtail install inside the box out of Splice tray with bending radius ≥ 30mm with protect tube

Lock and door

The box door has a sturdy design, uses rubber gaskets, does not break when stretched, and ensures a tight seal of IP54 level

The box door is connected to the box body by a multi-ear hinge, along the length of the box body

The box door opening angle is 180^o

The lock is sturdy, made of chrome-plated zinc, and is corrosion-resistant

It has a special key design to open (it cannot be opened with a flat screwdriver or other types of keys).

It has a dust-proof and waterproof cover

It has 2 clamp to close the box door tightly

Cable Input and Output Ports

Grounding

The box is designed with a grounding connection point at the bottom of the box and connected to the optical cable fixing component with a copper wire with a cross-section of 2.5mm2.

Adapter panel

· 01 panel with distance between adapters can be easily manipulated to plug and unplug connectors or replace adapters.

· Panel adapter allows installation of 24 SC adapters

The hinges and pins connecting the adapter panel to the box body ensure firmness, durability, easy opening and closing, and can be removed from the box body.

The splitter module installation slot is arranged to ensure convenience for optical pigtail of the splitter, meeting the requirements for bending radius> 30mm

The adapters are plugged in the same direction, avoiding direct laser emission into the user's eyes and are numbered to match the adapter order (from inside to outside, from top to bottom).

Labels with clear numbers, no peeling, no water absorption, firmly attached or printed directly on the adapter panel

The Splice trays are firmly connected together and can be disassembled to expand the capacity; the connect are at the horizontal corners of the Splice tray. Each Splice tray has its own transparent plastic cover with a label identifying the order of the optical fibers following EIA/TIA-598

The space inside the Splice tray allows storage of optical fibers up to 1.2m in length and ensures that the minimum bending radius of the optical fiber is always > 30mm. The mounting position is designed to securely hold 01 naked splitter (a type of splitter with input and output being optical fibers without connectors).

The in/out port of the Splice tray is designed to allow the use of plastic tie to fixed loose tubes and Pigtail
