Feature
090 Split Bronze Bushings are made of entirely bronze CuSn8.
Because of material properties, the working surface rolled with
diamond Indentations (standard Indentations) or stamped oil grooves
according to detailed application. And it also has good Performance
of anti-corrosion caused by chemical and environments. During the
operation, the grease & oil will be released from the
Indentations, which allow for long-term lubrication. Compare with
Machined bronze bearings; 090 can offer some advantages including
thin wall, lower weight, cheaper cost, high load etc. It is
suitable for high load, lower speed application like construction,
Transport, and agriculture machinery.
092 Split Bronze Bushings is deriving from 090; the difference
between 090 & 092 is Indentations on working surface, which
substituted by Through-holes. Theses holes will allow greater
capacity to collect lubricant, which build up a lubrication film at
the start of movement and reduce the frication. It is suitable for
high load, lower speed application like construction, Transport,
and agriculture machinery.

Application
090 has been widely used in lifting machinery, construction
machinery, automobile tractor chassis, machine tool industry and
mining machinery, but also can be made into bearing bush, flanged
bushing, thrust gasket and ball bowl and other forms.
092 has been used in conveyors, elevators, rolling machine,
leveling machine, such as medium load, low speed occasions.
092 split Bronze Bushings is made of tin-bronze alloy CuSn8. The
working surface is evenly arranged with lubrication through holes
according to a certain Angle and density. It is easy to form an oil
film when starting, so as to reduce the starting friction
