BTO red and brown rosin flooring paper is a traditional protective covering and moisture barrier, commonly used for flooring and roofing projects.

This economical rolls are easy to handle and are available in various weights and sizes. BTO's heavyweight option is a suitable protective barrier for hardwood floors. The contractor and/or installer shall determine the proper manner to install and use the product given the circumstances presented. If tape is used, ensure a clean surface and tape is secured firmly to floors. Consult with flooring manufacture for recommended tape. Test before use.

How to install BTO Flooring protection paper?
Calculate the square footage of the area you will be protecting to determine what size roll, and how many rolls you will need.
Clear and sweep the floor and area that will need protecting.
Starting at one end, roll out the FloorShell to your desired length, and cut with a box cutter.
Overlap the seam by roughly a half an inch, and repeat until your surface is completely covered.
Tape together the seams with BTO breathe Tape. Make sure the breathe tape does not stick to the floor.
Use a less adhesive, floor-friendly tape such as a white tape on the edges to secure firmly to the surface. (** We suggest doing an area test before using any tape on the floor to ensure no floor or finish is harmed.)
Once done, roll up and and reuse if there is minimal wear and tear on the surface protector.
Ideal for covering both flooring protection paper and breath tape.
