Description
wear-resistant steel plate is kind of steel plate, which adopted the international leading metal arc welding production technology, welded a certain thickness wear resisting alloy layer on the surface of common low carbon steel or low carbon low alloy steel . The product wear-resisting layer has high hardness, with good wear-resistant properties. The basic plate is adopted good rolled plate with good toughness and plasticity. The alloy wear-resisting layer and the basic plate is metallurgical combination, which is strongly combined and cannot fall off.
Manufacture
The final weld deposit, or matrix, is hard but very tough and gives excellent wear and impact resistance.
Fixing
The plate may be welded into position or alternatively may be fixed
using plow bolts or stud bolts.
Its small bead weld deposit allows for easy formability around radiused sections and is also responsible for its remarkable impact resistance.
