Structural Principle
Structural principle: Deep three-dimensional filter material, 100%
pure fiber forms a three-dimensional, highly fluffy and tortuous
three-dimensional filter layer by needle punching. It is
characterized by loose fiber structure, which greatly increases the
capacity of impurities. During use, large particle impurities are
trapped on the fiber surface, while fine particles are caught in
the deep layer of the material, ensuring No damage due to increased
pressure during the use, to guarantee a high filtration efficiency.
Characteristics of Polyester
Polyester is the most important filter material used in the
manufacture of filter bags. Polyester fiber has a hygroscopicity of
only 0.6% -0.8% when the relative humidity is 100% under standard
conditions, Therefore, the fiber performance does not change much
in dry or humid environments, and can provide good water resistance
at normal temperature.
Polyester is acid-resistant and insoluble in organic acids. At low
temperatures, it is very stable under low concentrations of
inorganic acids and organic acidic solvents, but it can be
dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid.
Polyester is a polycondensation type polymer, and the macromolecule
contains ester bonds, so it is not particularly resistant to strong
alkalis at high temperatures.
Polyester fiber has good heat resistance, melting point is 255-265
℃, burning temperature is 450 ℃, softening starts at 230-240 ℃, and
the strength loss caused by heating at 170 ℃ for a short time can
recover by itself. Therefore, polyester fiber has good practicality
at normal temperature and can work continuously at 135 ℃, so it is
the most cost-effective material at low temperature.
Polyester fiber has high strength, good elastic recovery
performance, own the strength of 3.52-5.28CN / dtex, elongation at
break can be upto 30% - 40%, fabric has size stability, high
strength, good elongation, therefore, polyester fabric provide
perfect wear resistance performance.
