PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1. Codynamic core vise is suitable for precision machining of four-axis, five-axis,CNC indexing disc, vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines.
2. The repeated positioning accuracy of vise center can be maintained at 0.01mm.
3. The body of the vise is made of alloy steel, and the slide rail
can maintain high wear resistance after high overwave heat
treatment HRC45 or above.
4. The jaws of the vise are made of steel with a hardness of up to
hrC55%after being cooked. It can be disassembled and used in
different directions, with excellent changeability and
interchangeability.
5. The vise has a special structural design. The downward pressure generated when clamping workpiece can effectively prevent the workpiece from floating up, and the locking force is excellent.
