Product Use
HJ038 automatic helium leak detection equipment is mainly used to
detect the leakage of various workpieces to ensure the sealing and
quality of products. It is widely used in automobile manufacturing,
electronics, aerospace, medical equipment and other industries to
help companies find leakage problems in time during production and
improve product quality and reliability.
Operation Process
- Testing Sequence: The equipment's operation starts with the vacuum chamber closing. A major leak test is conducted first. If the vacuum level meets the set standard, the process proceeds; otherwise, it stops with a major leak indication. Then, the vacuum chamber is evacuated in stages to the set vacuum level. After suppressing the background signal, helium is filled into the workpiece. During the micro-leak test, if the detected helium signal exceeds the limit, the micro-leak indicator light turns on; otherwise, the pass indicator light is on. After testing, helium is purged, the chamber is filled with air, and the piping is purged. Finally, the chamber opens, and the workpiece is removed.
- Chamber Operation Modes: The system supports simultaneous or sequential testing of three chambers (A, B, C), allowing for independent or synchronized operation to boost efficiency.
Installation Requirements
- Professional Installation: Must be installed by trained professionals only.
- Power Supply: Requires a three-phase 5-wire 380VAC power supply with 5KW power. The air switch should be at a height ≥1.5M from the ground and ≤2M from the main unit, with electrical parameters specified.
- Gas Sources: Needs bottled helium (40 liters 12MPa) ≥1 bottle with a 0.6MPa pressure reducing valve, bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) with a 0.2MPa pressure reducing valve, and clean compressed air ≥0.55MPa with a 1/2″ ball valve. The distance between gas source interfaces and the machine should be ≤1M.
- Exhaust Pipe: An outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter ≥3/4″ is required, and its interface should be ≤1M from the machine.
