Introduction of Helium Filling and Recovery Machine:
The helium filling and recycling machine is specially designed and manufactured for the helium filling and recycling of helium leak detection systems. Through the recycling of helium, helium is recycled to achieve the goal of reducing the cost of using helium. The recovery machine is used in conjunction with a helium detection system. After the helium leak detection is completed, helium is recovered, pressurized, and stored in a gas storage tank. It is transported through a pipeline to the helium inlet of the helium detection device. One recovery machine meets the requirements of two helium leak detection systems, and each system can be controlled separately.
Feature of Helium Filling and Recovery Machine:
1. Overall design idea of equipment: the design of equipment shall fully consider the progressiveness, rationality, reliability, practicability, safety and maintainability of the equipment.
2. To protect customers' clean testing workshop from helium contamination, helium is used at all connections of the equipment to detect leaks, ensuring that the entire equipment does not produce helium leaks.
3. The system is controlled by a PLC. And display various information on a touch screen. The screen has a main menu and membrane buttons, and can be used to:
