FEATURES:
1. Japanese THK guide rail, more stable on movement. Reduce the noise and resistance during carriage movement.
2. Constant tension take-up unit, when start printing, sensor bar will detect tension and take up media automatically,
which makes sure the stability of media feeding and taking-up and reduce print waste.
3. Patented head-moisture capping station unit, it provides more convenient head cleaning and maintenance.
4. Imported fluorous rubber pinch roller, prevent the generation of statics and make printing size more accuracy.
Special roller lift-up unit, it can help solve the bulge problem during printing.
ADVANTAGES:
1. Intelligent drying unit. When start printing, drying is synchronous. Temp. can be adjusted based on actual condition.
2. Bulk ink tank with 3L capacity makes sure long time printing. Sub-tanks keep all colors always at same level.
3. Bulk tank alarm and waste ink tank alarm. When ink at bulk tank is below certain level, it gives alarm to refill ink.
When waste ink got to some level, it reminds operator to empty the tank.
4. Printer beam and printing pallet are processed at factory directly, quality can be controlled tightly.
Machine tool imported in 2017, accuracy deviation of printing bed is less than 10 cmm to make sure high quality printing.
