The new type flat die pellet mill is applicable for organic fertilizer granulation after the fermentation of fertilizer raw materials. It can granulate all kinds of fermented organic materials like livestock and poultry manure, crop straws, bentonite, organic city wastes, etc. without prior drying. This fertilizer pellet mill has unique design, can finish low-temperature drying, cooling and sieving at one time. Working principle of flat die granulating machine

The flat die pellet mill was the first pellet mill design at the turn of the 20th century based on flat dies. Generally, there are two types of flat die pellet mills in the market, the rotating die type and the rotating roller type. The former one has a stationary roller with the rotating die while the latter has a stationary die with a rotating roller. Adopting vertical principle, the raw materials drops down by its own weight into the pelletizing chamber where they are compressed between the rollers and die to form pellets by going through the die holes.

1. The feeder is advanced to meet viscosity of fertilizer and ensure materials can enter pressing chamber evenly;

2.The compression ratio is advanced to increase output and PDI;

3. One distributing plate on top of main shaft is adopted to make discharging more evenly;
