RO4830 High Frequency PCB Built On 0.239mm Substrates With Double Sided Copper And Immersion Gold

Brief Introduction

This is a 2-layer rigid PCB with a stackup consisting of copper_layer_1 (35 μm), a Rogers RO4830 Core (9.4 mil or 0.239 mm), and copper_layer_2 (35 μm). The PCB is designed with specific construction details and specifications to meet various requirements.

The board dimensions are 75.15mm x 43.8mm, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm for one piece. The minimum trace/space is 5/6 mils, ensuring precise routing and spacing of pattern plating. The minimum hole size is 0.35mm, enabling the use of standard drill sizes. The finished board thickness is 0.3mm, providing a thin and compact form factor. The outer layers have a finished copper weight of 1oz (1.4 mils). Via plating thickness is 20 μm, ensuring reliable electrical connections. The surface finish is immersion gold, offering excellent solderability and corrosion resistance.

This PCB does not have top or bottom silkscreen or solder mask. It undergoes a 100% electrical test before shipment, ensuring the quality and reliability of the circuit connections.

In terms of statistics, the PCB has a total of 10 components and 16 pads. Among the pads, there are 12 through-hole pads and 4 top SMT (surface-mount technology) pads. There are no bottom SMT pads. The PCB includes 140 vias and has 4 nets, representing the number of unique electrical connections.

The artwork supplied for manufacturing is in Gerber RS-274-X format, a common industry standard. The quality standard of fabrication follows IPC-Class-2, ensuring adherence to specific criteria for workmanship and performance.

Can I Collect My Order?

It’s completely no problem to pick up ordering of boards or collection of PCBs from our premises through your account in DHL, UPS or FedEx etc.. We’ll help to prepare the necessary export documents or files for customs declare.

How Much Will It Cost For Delivery?

Am I Able To Return My PCBs?

PCBs are irreversible custom-made products, it is not allowed to return the items if there’s no quality problems.

When Will My Order Arrive?

All the PCBs are dispatched the same day if they are finished fabrication before 5pm. For Asian clients, you can get it within 2-3 days, European clients in 6-7 days and American (North and South) in 6-7 days, however the carriers do not guarantee this because of the complexity of transportation.

Will I Need To Sign For My Package?

We dispatch all orders using DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Aramex or EMS, so they are fully tracked and may require a signature.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your PCB boards are dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email by our sales that includes a tracking number. You can track this number on their official websites.

What Should I Do If My Parcel Is Damaged Or Lost?

This situation is rare in our daily business. The PCB boards are packed with bubble materials inside and with KK grade carton outside to protect your PCBs. However, If your parcel is lost or damaged, you must contact us immediately so that we can contact the carrier and arrange for replacement production. Please keep any damaged items including damaged packaging for reference.
