The Working Principle of Floating Oil Seal:
The structure of the floating oil seal is generally composed of a pair of wear-resistant metal rings-floating seal ring
It is composed of a pair of rubber rings and is assembled in a special sealed cavity-a floating seal seat.
The floating seal ring is the main component of the dynamic seal, which is opposed to each other and rotates and rubs against each other.
Between the rubber ring assembly and the back of the floating seal ring and the floating seal seat, the floating seal ring is accurately positioned in
the floating seal seat. The rubber ring is not only an auxiliary static sealing element, but also produces axial and radial forces on the floating seal
ring. The radial force acts to transmit torque to the floating seal ring
