Bamboo paneling is available in all design configurations and
colors, It is ideal for cabinetry, furniture, moldings, or any
interior building use.
* Standard sizes:
Thickness: 3 to 90mm
Width: 620mm & 1220mm
Length: 2440mm & 3050mm ( Max. 4200mm)
* Construction: Horizontal or Vertical.
* Color: Natural or Carbonized unfinished only.
* Other sizes and dimensions are available on a special order basis.
We are offering FSC certified bamboo and Non formaldehyde added bamboo plywood.
Bamboo plywood is manufactured from 5-7 year old organically grown moso bamboo: always the perfect color, density and strength.
To make ply bamboo, rectangular strips are cut from the raw bamboo and then boiled to remove sugars and protein. Only premiumquality strips are selected for manufacturing into plywood. After treatment and drying, a final moisture content of 7-9% is achieved to ensure optimum stability. These bamboo strips then undergo state of the art compression using E1 or E0-level adhesives which binds them together to form plywood. Zen Bamboo plywood is left unfinished and natural so that it can be custom stained and finished for maximum project flexibility.
