LTC08H hydraulic stepping vibratory roller can be used for municipal road construction and highway maintenance. It is suitable for the construction and backfilling of narrow road surfaces, such as trench foundations, buildings and other pipelines, stadium floors with a width greater than 0.8m.

Machine Construction:

1. Engine: Changfa CFI86F vertical direct-injection air-cooled diesel engine provides power for the road roller and drives the traveling and vibration system. There are two sets of electric starter and hand-pull starter.
2. Transmission system: including clutch, gearbox and drive shaft, etc., which transmits the power from the engine to the steel wheels and realizes the travel and steering of the roller.
3. Steel wheels: The two steel wheels are the main working parts of the roller, compacting the ground by their own weight and vibration.
4. Vibration system: Equipped with vibration system, it generates high-frequency vibration through the exciter to enhance the compaction effect, which is especially suitable for sticky soil.
5. Guide wheel and handle: equipped with guide wheel and operation lever, steering labor-saving, comfortable and convenient operation.
6. water tank (sprinkler system): used to moisten the surface of the steel wheels to prevent asphalt adhesion and to help improve compaction.
