PP melt spraying non-woven production line
Types of non-woven fabrics: Non-woven products are divided into two
categories, melt spraying and spun-bond.
1. Melt spraying method, is by the polymer particles after high
temperature melting through melt spraying combined die
extrusion, under the action of high temperature and high pressure
airflow inside the spinneret, the melt fiber is sprayed and
stretched into micro filaments, which are received by the negative
pressure forming network to produce a kind of non-woven fabric with
micro pores.
After that the fabric was implanted by electrostatic electrets, so
as to filter and block bacterial micro molecules.
2. Spun-bonded method means that the polymer particles are extruded
from the spinning hole after melting at high temperature and become

The most important auxiliary equipment of the melting and spraying
production line is the mold head cleaning
furnace(vacuumcleaning furnace), testing equipment.
Reason:
After a period of production the hole blacking phenomenon will
occur which will affect he uniformity and appearance of the
product. At this time, it is necessary to replace the melt
injection mold head. The replaced melt injection die needs to be
roasted to remove the remaining polymer and impurities in the die.
Screw and spinneret are usually roasted to remove residual polymer
and impurities.
