1. All items have been checked and packed in good condition before dispatch.

2. One year warranty is provided on all products.

3. All returned items must be in original packing and buyer is required to provide tracking number to us.

4. If you are not satisfied with our product or service, please contact us first before leaving a negative feedback or opening a dispute. We will try our best to fix your issue.

5. Buyer has 7 days to contact us for replacing the product. If the item has been kept at buyer side for more than 7 days before replacement request is raised, the item is considered used and we will not approve a refund or replacement. For replacement, seller and buyer both bear a half of shipping cost.
