The bread making production line steps as following:
Step1: Use the dough mixer to mix the flour into the dough.
Step2: Use the hydraulic dough divider to divide the dough into pieces.
Step3: Use the french baguette moulder to shape the short/long baguette bread.
Step4: Use the tray and trollery to hold the baguette dough.
Step5: Put trollery into proofer to rise the dough.
Step6: Put the raised dough into rotary oven for baking.

The use of a hydraulic divider allows the division of the dough in
equal dough pieces. This machine replaces the manual division, in
order to gain time and precision.
The dough dividers are equipped with stainless steel cutting knives
and alimentary nylon molds to avoid excess discarding of dough.
