Working Principle

Main Function
CTS voltage regulator adopt phase shift trigger type to achieve
voltage adjust, in order to reach the purpose of the control
voltage. The range of output voltage is generally rated voltage's
0-98%. With soft start, soft shut off, current limit and constant
current and phase lack protection, load disconnection protection,
over-current protection, overheating protection etc.
1,Soft start, soft turn off function: soft starter soft shutoff is
refer to the power input use or voltage have change , the output
will not subsequently change. In the perceptual load occasions, can
prevent shock power and backward high-pressure impulse current of
SCR damage. When the phased input, soft start and soft shut off can
output gently change. Soft starter and soft shut off time for 2-8
seconds.
2,Overheating protection function: if the environmental temperature
on the high side or the fan stop, radiator temperature may exceed
80℃, volatge regulator will quickly automatic stop all output, and
slef-locking. At this time, must cut off power, check the fan can
restarting work.
