Application

Aerial insulated cables of rated voltages up to and 1kV, This product is applicable to the aerial power distribution lines of rated voltage 0.6/1KV and below as the fixed laying lines or service wire.

Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV ,This product is a new type used for electricity supply on aerial power transmission lines, which has been preferentially selected as the 10kV engineering transmission line for the construction and transformation of grid system. This series of product is appropriate for maintained and security of lines and the product with annealed copper core is applicable to the down lead of transformer.

Stranded aluminium conductor steel-reinforced cores aerial insulated cables of rated voltages up to 10 kV ,This product is applicable to the aerial power distribution lines of A.C. voltage up to 10kV.


Operating Characteristics

1. Max. permissible continuous temperature:
PVC,PE insulated aerial cables:70℃
XLPE insulated aerial cables:90℃

2. HDPE insulated aerial cables:75℃

Max. short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed:
PVC insulated aerial cables: 160℃;
PE insulated aerial cables: 130℃;
XLPE insulated aerial cables: 250℃.

HDPE insulated aerial cables:150℃

3. Installation ambient temperature

The installation ambient temperature should not below -20℃
