Installation:

The installation is extremely simple, just connect it to the oil supply pipeline in series according to the reserved oil inlet and outlet ports. Pay attention to the connection in the direction shown by the arrow, and the direction of oil inlet and outlet cannot be reversed. When using and replacing the filter element for the first time, pay attention to exhaust, and the exhaust valve is on the end cover of the barrel.

How to replace the filter element:

1. Close the oil inlet ball valve and open the upper end cover. (The aluminum alloy upper end cover needs to be gently pried off from the side notch with a flat screwdriver)

2. Unscrew the plug of the sewage outlet to drain off the dirty oil.

3. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, the operator wears oil-proof gloves to grip the filter element, and remove the old filter element vertically.

4. Replace with a new filter element, pad the upper seal ring (the lower end has its own seal), and tighten the nut.

5. Tighten the plugging wire of the sewage outlet, cover the upper end cover (pay attention to the gasket), and fasten the bolts.
