this, in such an environment, the moisture in the air is easy to
condense and condense on the outer surface of the bottle body,
which brings inconvenience to subsequent packaging and operation,
such as labeling. Especially if it is packed in cartons, the
cardboard can be seriously damaged if it is soaked with dew.
Therefore, a warm bottle machine must be set behind the filling
machine to heat the bottle body to room temperature. The bottle
warming machine is a tunnel type spraying equipment, which heats
the bottle body through the heat exchange mode of circulating
spraying hot water, and has three permanent temperature zones (more
temperature zones can also be designed). After segmented heating,
the temperature of the beverage center reaches room temperature.
Dynamic transition is adopted at the inlet and outlet of the bottle
warming machine to reduce extrusion and bottle pouring and manual
intervention.
The bottle warming machine is designed and manufactured for the
production line of aerated beverage. It is mainly used to eliminate

of PET bottle or glass bottle, which is convenient for code
spraying, labeling, packing, etc. After filling, the aerated

White granulated sugar accounts for a large proportion in
carbonated beverages, and the mixing ratio of syrup and purified
water is 1:4 and 1:5. Carbonated beverage factory recommends steam
heating and purchase small boilers. The sugar pot and bottle
warming machine in the rear section of the whole carbonated
beverage production line need to be heated. Compared with electric
heating, steam heating needs to reduce the cost a lot. Moreover, in
order to reduce heat loss, the sugar melting pot and bottle warming
machine adopt sandwich insulation. Ingredients only need syrup,
water, essence and other accessories to be dispensed without
heating. How to increase the air content of carbonated drinks, here
we choose a complete cooling and mixing system. For the cooling
system, we are equipped with plate heat exchanger and chiller. The
plate heat exchanger is the principle of heat exchange. One section
is supplied with cold water, the other end is supplied with
materials, and the cold water is provided by the chiller, so that
the temperature of materials can be reduced to the temperature we
specify, about 1 degree, Then the material is mixed with carbon
dioxide in the mixer.

recycled glass bottles need to be disinfected and cleaned. For
small production, they can be soaked, disinfected and cleaned
manually. For large production, full-automatic glass bottle
cleaning equipment is required. The cleaned empty bottles are sent
to the three in one isobaric filling machine by the conveying chain
plate. Clean water is used to flush the inside and outside of the
empty bottle. Isobaric filling is adopted for filling. First, the
bottle mouth is in close contact with the sealing ring under the
filling valve mouth, open the vent valve and inflate the inside of
the empty bottle. When the internal pressure of the bottle is
consistent with the internal pressure of the hydraulic cylinder,
the filling valve is opened, the materials flow along the bottle
wall, and the filling stops when the materials reach the air return
pipe position, Then release the gas at the bottle mouth to avoid
material ejection, then close the vent valve, the bottle mouth and
the filling valve leave, and the whole filling is completed. Crown
covers are widely used for good sealing, and aluminum threaded
covers are also used. The automatic capping machine sends the cover
to the cover cleaning tunnel, first disinfects, then cleans, then
blows dry, and enters the gland structure with the slide for
capping process.
For the carbonated beverage production line, if it is packed in
plastic frames, it can not be equipped with a bottle warming
machine. The bottle warming machine is mainly used to heat the
finished products after capping to raise the material temperature
to about 20 degrees, otherwise the bottle body is easy to "sweat"
and wet the carton. Domestic sprite and coca cola glass bottles are
printed, so labeling is not required in actual production. If the
bottle body does not have its own printing, labeling or labeling is
also required, and then an ink inkjet printer is configured to
spray the current production date at any position of the bottle
body, and finally frame and enter the warehouse. It should be noted
here that if labeling is selected, the small production line may
not be equipped with a bottle warming machine. The finished
products after capping can be placed in the specified area to heat
up automatically and then labeled, otherwise it is easy to wet the
label and paste it firmly. If you choose to set the label, it
doesn't matter if you bring some water droplets on the bottle.
After sealing, you can set the label directly, and then shrink the
label with high-temperature steam.
