Working process:

Gravity filling is adopted for filling. After the filling valve is opened, the material is filled through the filling valve. After the filling, the bottle mouth drops away from the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the transition dial wheel of the bottleneck. The stop knife on the cap spinner is stuck at the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The screw head keeps turning and turning on the cover spinner, and realizes the action of catching, covering, rotating and removing under the action of cam, and completes the whole sealing process. The finished bottle is transferred from the screw cap machine to the bottle delivery chain through the bottle out paddle, and the three in one machine is delivered by the conveying chain.
