Machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC) to control. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable.

Production process of soda water filling machine:

The bottles are transferred to the three in one filling machine by the bottle air supply system through the bottle shifting star wheel. A bottle clamp is installed on the rotary table of the bottle washing machine. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and turns it 180 ° along a guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle washing machine, the nozzle sprays bottle washing disinfectant or water to wash the inner wall of the bottle. After filling, the filling valve rises and leaves the bottle mouth. The bottle enters the capping machine through the transition pulley of the bottle neck. The rotation stop knife on the capping machine blocks the bottleneck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps rotating and rotating on the capping machine, and realizes the actions of grasping, covering, screwing and removing the cap under the action of cam to complete the whole capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle delivery chain through the bottle delivery wheel, and the three in one bottler is transferred by the conveyor chain. The whole equipment is sealed by window sealing, the height of the window sealing is higher than the equipment Zui high point, appropriate channels are reserved at the bottle inlet and outlet, and exhaust slots are reserved at the bottom of the window sealing.
