Product Description
Hirose electric DF63 series3.96mm pin to wire connector
Hirose electric DF63 series 3.96mm pin pitch board to wire
connectors have a maximum
current rating of 10A when using 16 AWG wire. DF63 locking
mechanism provides clear
tactile Click to prevent incomplete insertion and wrong insertion.
The pin bank is equipped
with a guide post to prevent reverse insertion on the PCB. The
spearhead is part of the
housing, not the terminal, to prevent the wires from winding during
assembly. The wall
structure between the contacts helps to isolate the contacts and
prevent short circuits
between the contacts. DF63 series can be sealed up to 5mm. Glass
reinforced resin is
used on the pins to prevent solder cracks due to thermal shrinkage.
Since multiple
connectors are used on the same board, the keying option prevents
incorrect connections.
When using the same number of pins, there are two versions of
keying options to choose from.
