Molex CMC hybrid automotive connector
Molex has developed CMC hybrid connectors as a sealed, high-density
connector family
for the transportation industry. It is characterized by compact
design, 2.54mm spacing,
rough surface sealing technology and mechanical polarization. The
CMC hybrid connector
is designed for high conductivity applications in harsh
environments. It supports small,
medium and high current applications from 2.5A to 12.0a, and can
operate in sealed
applications requiring ipx9k protection level and 500mbar water
tightness. The Molex CMC
hybrid connector is ideal for heavy-duty, powertrain and body
electronics applications in
the transportation industry, such as engine control unit (ECU),
compartment applications,
gearbox, electronic parking brake, suspension controller, and body
electronics applications
in automotive and commercial vehicles. Supply Standard Version
Molex CMC hybrid
connector with terminal sizes CP 0.635mm (0.025 ") and CP 1.50mm
(0.059"). Molex has
expanded the CMC hybrid connector family to support small, medium
and high current
applications in the 2.5a-21.0a range.
