SSCH30-4500/18000 electric dynamometer mainly consists of base, electric dynamometer, motor flange, torque sensor (torque flange and torque flange antenna), torque
flange base, locking shaft support plate, lock sleeve, protective cover and locking shaft pins. The system should be used together with DTC series variable frequency inverter system and XLP1000 series control system. Its working principle is to invert
the AC power from the AC dynamometer into DC power through the DTC
inverter and then invert it into AC power for grid connection; DTC variable frequency inverter system adjusts the power grid current of the AC dynamometer to control the speed and torque of the prime mover. For
example, when used together with the XLP1000 series measurement and control system produced by our company,
it can not only accurately measure and control the speed and torque
of various rotating power machinery, but also can measure and control the temperature, pressure, flow, current, voltage, and other parameters.
Electric dynamometers have two important features:
First, use the direct torque control technology to implement torque control on the AC dynamometer;
Second, when the AC dynamometer is in the power generation state, the electric energy is sent back to the grid.

Generally, the hydraulic dynamometer can only be loaded in one direction, while an eddy current dynamometer can be loaded in two directions, it cannot be used as a power back-drag prime mover, while the AC dynamometer can easily realize two-way loading and can be used as a power back-drag prime mover.
