The host of the AC dynamometer adopts a dedicated AC asynchronous
variable frequency motor, and the AC dynamometer is equipped with a
torque measurement device and a speed measurement device for torque
and speed measurement.
The AC dynamometer includes an air cooling device (fan), a rotary
encoder and a shaft temperature monitoring system. The motor
bearings are imported; the speed signal is sent to the variable
frequency drive cabinet through the bus, and the torque signal is
sent to the control system using the original shielded cable to
form a closed-loop control. At the same time, the speed and torque
values are stored, displayed, and adjusted and controlled in the
computer unit.

1. High reliability
The whole machine adopts a high-speed rail operating motor
structure; Adopting high reliability SKF high-speed aviation
precision ceramic bearings, maintenance free, and long service
life; The insulation level of the entire machine winding is as high
as H level, far higher than the F level insulation of similar
motors both domestically and internationally; The whole machine has
no faults and runs for up to 10000 hours.
2.Excellent loading
The loading characteristics of SSCH type drive motors are constant
torque from zero speed (0Hz) to rated speed, which is completely
different from the initial test speed of other drive motors (5Hz).
SSCH truly meets the testing range of new energy motors; At the
same time, the SSCH drive motor can also facilitate bidirectional
loading (load simulation) and can be used as a power source to
drive the prime mover (feeding test).
3.Superb overload capacity
The SSCH type drive motor has super strong overload capacity, with
S6 overload reaching up to 150%; Far higher than the overload
indicator of 120% in the motor industry, it has better safety
performance.
4.High dynamic responsiveness
Extremely low moment of inertia and extremely high dynamic response
speed; The moment of inertia is as low as 0.31Kgm2; The torque and
speed control response can reach up to 5ms.
