What is AAC?

The AAC production process includes raw material preparation, batching and mixing, pouring, precuring, cutting, autoclaving, and packing. With decades of experience in serving the AAC blocks production machinery industry, we can supply customers with quality AAC block production lines with capacity ranging from 100,000m3 to 400,000m3 per year.

How to start the project?

We will offer the customized plant layout and the related design documents. All the equipment will be debugged before the delivery. We'll also arrange professional project manager and engineers for site installation supervision and local training to ensure the successful production start-up.

Electrical Slurry Meter

Application

It is a meter (refer to the picture) used for measuring the powder before slurry feeding for mixing.

Structure

The meter is composed of chamber, support ring, load sensor and pneumatic butterfly valve.

The drum shapes like a truncated cone, which make the discharge quick. It is made of rolling steel and there is washing pipe inside.

The support ring is made of steel and there is chamber on the top and the support ring below it, and there are 3 load electrical sensors hang among the chamber and support ring, and there is pneumatic butterfly valve in the discharge drum to control the program.

Work Principles

When the slurry is fed into the chamber, the electrical sensor will transfer the weight to the display automatically, and it will output the signal to the computer. The discharge is controlled by the pneumatic valve.

Maintenance

Shut off the power supply after each shift, and clean the drum wall, in order to make sure the powder weighing is accurate.

Clean the dust on the sensor and weighing display.

Autonomous Production

Continuous Innovation

For instance, the blade used in the pouring mixer was updated from a conventional single blade to a cross blade and flow diversion blade, and now the high speed double blade design results in higher stirring efficiency. The driving method is updated from belt drive to variable frequency drive as it is now directly connected. Besides, each connecting piece is fine finished by us.

Currently, SANKON has obtained 19 patents for components applied in our AAC cutter, mold, transfer cart for AAC block pre-curing and batching automatic control system.
