To reduce the total heat generation inside the ES DRO in order to obtain long working life. An ultra low temperature rise transformer that construct with very high permeability icron core is used, which effectively bring temperature rise to only about 5℃.

Aging test

Easson Digital Readout System and linear scale reader head need to do the aging test for 72 hours before QC procedure. Aging test can verify the process, design, material and other aspects are defective or not to ensure our products quality is reliable.
