Graphite hard felt (commonly known as carbon fiber composite hard felt, cured felt, carbon fiber-reinforced, etc.) is made by special process that integrates graphite paper, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon felt, and polyacrylonitrile-based carbon cloth into one body, curing After molding, then primary and secondary high-temperature treatment.


Graphite Felt Application:

Polyacrylonitrile-based graphite felt is stronger and more resistant to oxidation than viscose-based graphite felt, but it has poor flexibility, large bulk density, and good thermal insulation performance. In addition to their high purity, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-melting characteristics, they also have the advantages of elasticity, foldability, tailoring, and sewing with graphite yarn.


The main use of Graphite Hard Felt Sheet is as a thermal insulation material for single crystal silicon smelting furnace. In the chemical industry, it can be used as a filter material for high purity corrosive chemical reagents. Under the non-oxidizing atmosphere, the temperature of the graphite felt can reach 2850℃.
