It is characterized by unique structure of polishing chamber and the second moistening. The residual bran and grooves on the surface of rice are removed by friction against screens and stainless steel roller running at a high speed to make the starch on the surface intolayer.

This makes less broken rice, easy to store and the surface of the polished rice is bright and sparking.
