Telescopic spreader for 20ft 40ft 45ft hydraulic electric container
The structural form of the movable double box hanger is basically
the same as that of a general double box hanger, except for the
addition of a translation mechanism for the central lifting point
device. The translation mechanism can be translated in both
suspended and non suspended cases, and corresponding improvements
have been made to the hydraulic system, including the addition of a
movable dual box lifting tool controller in electrical aspects. It
can handle both a single container and two 20 ft containers with
varying spacing.
In addition to being classified according to structural
characteristics, lifting appliances can also be divided into two
types based on the power supply method: cable type and non cable
type. The cable type provides power to the lifting appliance
through cables and cable drums. All electrical equipment and
controlled components on the lifting appliance are connected to the
lifting appliance cable through a sealed electric control box using
dedicated multi-core plugs and sockets, which is reliable and easy
to replace the lifting appliance. All electrical junction boxes on
the lifting appliance are made of acid resistant stainless steel.
To prevent loosening of electrical components in the box, vibration
damping pads have been installed at the fixed positions of the
junction box. The cableless type provides power to the hydraulic
system and generator on the lifting device through the kinetic
energy generated by the moving pulley on the lifting device, and is
controlled through remote control.
