According to the different connection methods between container
cranes and loading and unloading machinery, namely the different
lifting methods, the main lifting methods of container cranes are:
1. Four lifting points for lifting
The four lifting points lifting method has four lifting points when
lifting containers. The lifting appliance is connected to the
container from the four lifting points, and is wound on the lifting
drum of the loading and unloading machinery lifting mechanism
through the steel wire rope pulley system on the lifting appliance
to lift the container.
Container specialized loading and unloading machinery, such as
shore container cranes (container loading and unloading bridges),
container straddle carriers, container gantry cranes, etc., all use
this type of container crane.
2. Single lifting point lifting
When using gantry cranes or ship booms to lift containers, there is
only one lifting point for the lifting appliance. After lifting
with four ropes, the lifting appliance is concentrated at a point
on the hook, and the connection between the lifting appliance and
the container corner can be operated electrically,
electrohydraulically, or manually.
The lifting equipment used to lift containers, such as shackles,
wire ropes, and hooks, is called rigging. The structure of a simple
container crane mainly consists of a crane frame and a manual
rotary lock mechanism. They are all single point lifting
appliances.

have a bigger anti-bending capacity.
- OUCO Marine Crane can be telescoped and folded with a load.
- OUCO has simulated marine working conditions, with a Trim≤2° and
Heel≤5°.
- OUCO uses fan coolers to ensure long-lasting operation of the crane
at high temperatures.
- OUCO uses holding valves to ensure crane safety in case of
hydraulic system failure.
- OUCO uses stainless steel grease nipples to avoid rusting under
marine conditions.
- The anti-two block system, composed of a top limit and bottom
limit, ensures the winch's safety.
- OUCO uses a precise step-less speed control valve.
- Emergency stop devices are installed on each crane
