Overview
This series of machine is a set of filling, sealing in one, using rotary positive displacement plunger pump filling, rotary sealing, widely used in pharmaceutical, food, pesticide and other industries, fully meet the GMP requirements. It has the advantages of fast speed and high filling accuracy
Features
-Filling and capping together, low space possessing
-Adopt volumetric injection pump to fill high precision, also fill various viscosity liquid. Easy knock-down pump structure, convenient to clean and sterilize.
-The piston ring of volumetric injection pump use different materials of silicone, polyflon or other kinds according to liquid characteristic, use ceramic pump in special industry.
-PLC control system, frequency conversion adjusting speed, high degree automatization.
-Filling amount of all pumps are major adjusted in one time , minor adjustment for each pump. Easy and quice operate.
-Filling system has the fundction of shrinking, no drop leakage. Top bottom fill, mostly reduce them.
-Function of auto pick cap, and high capping quality.
-The whole machine meet the GMP regulations.
